    We provide high-precision PCB layout services supported by advanced multi-physics simulation for signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI) analysis. Our design methodologies incorporate controlled impedance routing, high-speed serial channel modeling, crosstalk and reflection mitigation, and thermal/vibration stress analysis. All layouts are developed in accordance with IPC-2221/2222 design standards, IPC-6012/6013 performance specifications, and MIL-PRF-31032 requirements for defense-grade printed circuit boards. By integrating DO-254 design assurance processes, Design-for-Manufacturability (DFM), and Design-for-Testability (DFT) practices, we ensure robust performance, compliance, and manufacturability for mission-critical aerospace and defense systems.

 Our Electronics Packaging services deliver high-reliability solutions optimized for SWaP-C, incorporating advanced thermal management techniques such as conduction, convection, and liquid cooling, along with EMI/EMC shielding and hermetic sealing for environmental protection. Designs undergo vibration, shock, and thermal cycle analysis in compliance with MIL-STD-810 for defense applications and RTCA/DO-160 for commercial aerospace certification. By integrating IPC design standards and rigorous validation processes, we ensure the mechanical integrity, electrical performance, and long-term reliability of mission-critical electronic systems.

 We perform detailed structural and thermal analyses employing advanced finite element analysis (FEA), dynamic modal and harmonic response simulations, random vibration and shock spectrum assessments, and transient thermal modeling to characterize and mitigate mechanical and thermal stresses. Our processes are executed in accordance with MIL-STD-810 for environmental stress testing, RTCA/DO-160 for avionics qualification, and NASA-STD-7001 for structural verification, ensuring compliance, mission assurance, and long-term reliability of critical aerospace and defense systems.
